In the near future, my company is looking at a move to Exchange 2003
Enterprise. We have many of our people on Office XP (no Outlook installed),
with no current plans to upgrade them. Will Outlook 2003 cause any
compatibility problems with a current Office XP installation? Specifically,
are there any shared DLLs that might come back and bite us?
Thanks for any info.

That will work. You'll not be able to use Word as the e-mail editor though
and use Mail Merge from within Word as Word and Outlook need to be the same
version for that.
