Office XP 2002 Address Book shows no Entries

I upgraded MS Office Small Business 2000 to MS Office XP 2002.
My XP Address Book shows no entries after the upgrade.
My Contacts Files looks fine.
How do I get the addressbook to recognize my Contacts?
