Office Updates

Whenever I reinstall Office 2000 non-SR1, which are the licenses this
particular customer has, we have to install SR1a before we can install
the latest updates. I seem to recall that Microsoft rolled up all of the
service releases into a single package. Is that correct, or must I still
install SR1a first? Would you be so kind as to give me a link to a full
download of the latest service releases? Thanks.
