office professional 2003, download will not accept product key

I am unable to access downloads that ask for my office professional edition
2003. I'm told that my product key #'s are wrong. This product was purchased
recently & registered. Is there anyone out there that is having a similar
problem?

Call up Microsoft's product activation telephone number in your country and
speak to them.

Your software probably came with a paper listing the telephone numbers?
