Office Assistant Error

I am running Outlook 2003 and have been using it for months and its been
working fine. Today after opening it quite a few times, I went to open it
again and got the following error:

There are no Office Assistant character files present on the system. Please
run setup in Maintenance mode and install at least one character.

I have no clue what this means OR how to do it. What install program do I
run and how do I know what to pick? After I close out of this error, my
Outlook comes up fine but this error is driving me nuts. Any ideas out there?
