office assistance

After upgrading to outlook 2003 office assistance does not work all the time. Sometimes it works in one program but will not work in others. The message we get is "There are no office assistance character files present on the system. Please run setup in maintenance mode and install aleast one character. I ran the setup but still having the problem.

Start the setup and choose Add/Remove components. Make sure that the Office
assistant is selected to install. If this is the case restart setup and
choose to repair.
