Office 97 Developer Editon Tools (ODE)

Hello,

I have a Access 97 application that I'm modifying. When I try to add a
additional listview control to a screen, I get the following error "You
don't have the license required to use this ActiveX control." I found
documentation that mentions installing the MS Office 97 Developer Tools
(ODE) to fix this issue. But I'm not sure if we have this CD. Is there
different way to fix this problem? Whydoesn't installing Access 97 get me
the needed permissions? Also, I'm using a Citix to connect with the Server
that has the application installed on it.
