Office 2007 toolbars and comment indicators

1. In office 2007, I thought I read/saw something one time to set
word/excel to look like 2003 tool bars?
2. In word 2007, can I change the comment indicators from read to something
else?
3. In word 2003, I have changed the comment indicators from Red, but can
not remember how, anyone remember this?

In 2007:
You can change the color and other formatting that Word uses to mark changed
text and graphics by clicking the arrow next to Track Changes and then
clicking Change Tracking Options.
