Office 2007 Professional

I have just installed Office 2007 and I am having problems finding the
options that used to appear on the Tools tab in Excel 2000. Can any one help?

Click the Office tool (colourful circle top left of screen)
At bottom of resulting dialog, open Excel Option
The new Options form is great -- you know that items are at the sheet, the
book or global level
