Office 2007 Beta2

Hi,

I have the following problems with office 2007.

1) When I try to print in either word or outlook I get the following
message. Pro Bitmap dll not loaded. Have also got same message when loading
documents in Word, this is intermittant though.

2) I have tried to create a buiness contact manager database, but get the
following meaage " Database cannot be created" no other message, have tried
to create wiith wizard and manually in both cases same message.

3) Search in outlook does not work and I get the following message "The
messaging interface has returned an unknown error. f problem persist restart
outlook" I have restarted but get same message, outlook also seems to hang
when searching.

I have uninstalled and reinstalled office 2/3 times to see if this helps but
it does not.

Can you remove Office again and install it without BCM please? And then
check if you still have errors 2 & 3?

did you install over office 2003 or uninstall it first? Try using system
restore to roll back, uninstall 2003, reboot and install 2007.

What sort of Printer do you have? Lexmark printers have issues when Office
2007 beta 2 is installed.

Depends on the Lexmark printer - I have an Optra E210 that works flawlessly.
