Office 2003 SP2

Hi
I keep getting told that I need the Microsoft Update SP2 for my
Office 2003 but every time I try to update I get the message that it has
failed. I am using the teacher and student edition as is my daughter who
gets the same problem. Any ideas please?

Have you tried the Office Update newsgroup? This is Windows 2000 O/S Update
group.
