Office 2003 on Vista = CAB file error

When I try to install Office 2003 on my new computer with VISTA PREMIUM
EDITION I received ERROR 1335 = The CABfile OFFICE1.CAB is damaged and and
can't be used. I have cleaned my CD and can't see any mark on the disc.

Please advice Anders

Try copying the disk if it will not copy on your computer or on another
computer then you will have to contact MS to get a replacement disk. Not
all damage to a CD can be seen. If it will copy then try installing with
the copy.

CAB files are Microsoft's compressed files - you are being told that a file
cannot be read - follow JW'S SUGGESTION.

I tried to copy the disc but received an ERROR msg "one or more files do not
correspond with the original files".
