office 2000 & money 99

Installed this beta and had to re-install office 2000 and
money 99, also money now only works with admin accounts
get error with registry missing data! otherwise.
I have Spy Guard installed and wish to ignore from this
app but can't is there any way of ignoring startup
programmes?

What was the error or condition which led you to reinstall the two
applications? I need more information from you in order to investigate.

when selecting any of the office 2000 applications
message came up "in order to run this application you
need to run the install/setup program from where it was
first installed" or words to that effect. The Momey 99
error when not run as an admin account was that an "item
in the registry was missing and also to re-install
money". There was no indication of what was missing in
the registry! I did reinstall but this did not solve
problem for the limited account user, but it worked for
the admin user. I am using XP home edition SP 2.
