OFFICE 2000/2007 assistant

Hi All,
I have just upgraded from Office 2000 to Ofiice 2007 and I am on XP.
Much to my wifes dismay she can no longer get the helper to appear I think
it was called the "Office Assistant" you had a choice of various amimation
to choose from.
In my wifes case it was the dog.
I have been through every option I can find but alas still no dog, is there
anyway that I can reinstate the "Office Assistant" please, it would make my
life a lot easier. ha!
You see every time she uses word it comes up again or dosent, if you see
what i mean.

It no longer exists in Office 2007.
