"Offer Remote Assistance" is missing from Actions' list

There used to be option of "Offer Remote Assinstace" in the Action list
but I found it missing. "Request Remote Assistance" is still there in
the list. WLM version is Version 2008(Build 8.5.1302.1018)
I wonder what has happened with that option. Does anyone know about this?

Is this global or per contact? If it is on a few contacts, they may
not be using the Live Messenger application, thus the issue....

HI, I'm experiencing the same issue, the "offer remote assistance" option is
missing from all contacts and even from the main "actions" menu, I have
scourged all over the internet for an answer to no avail, the closest I have
gotten is this thread, thanks.

Which later version. The Build 8.5.1302.1018 you mentioned in your first post
is still the latest i could download and still missing the ORA link.
