WORK....Empahsis,meaning a place you go to to perform a duty that you are paid for. ie work. So why the feck ar eyou bored? Do you not work as a part of a team ? If so, if you have no work to do, why are you not helping one of your team mates ?

sorry this is not a go at you guys, I am just having a lugh. But serioulsy, I find it annoying when people go to work and spend more time on FArtbook or whatever site they o on than working. I recently employed a young girl to help me out with accounting etc, I let her go on Friday. She asked why, my answer was simple, she spent to much time on the net. Again we go to work to work, not surf...I'm a bit of a stickler for that...

Killjoy!!....actually i get paid for what i know rather than what i do and FYI we are currently in plant shutdown which means that there's jack to do until all the utilities people have left....then its back to sterile recovery and away we go for another 3 months of solid 24/7 work....so there.

There is never nothing to do.....But as you have expelained in the past before you work with and in a sterile enviroment, s o if there are peeps walking about blah blah blah you can't exactly work....Anywya if there aint jack to do, why don't they just shut down and let ya stay home...???

Don't be supprised mate. One day if you run your own bussiness you will understand. I have run and owned two different companies, the idea was for me to make money not the people thaat worked for me, their place was to make me money. Sitting about chatting or surfing the nety made me none, so good bye to them....One day you might understand. Saturdays and Sundays are for socialising, not my work time...
