off line mode

I have recently upgraded my xp office to 2003, otlook was working fine then,
now whenever I try to open outlook in off line mode, error message will pop
up " cannot start microsoft office outlook, unable to open the outlook
window, the set of folders could not be opened".

Tried to reload 2003 office, no efect.

Any clue.

Is your account configured with Cached Exchange Mode? You can configure this
in Tools-> E-mail Accounts-> Next-> properties of your Exchange account
