I build PCs for several clients and am wishing to do something like Dell does
with service tags. I noticed that the OEM labels have many different numbers
on them. I've already figured out that one of them is the "model" # and if
you look it up on many sites like NewEgg, you'll be directed to the page with
the product on it. The one on the bottom seems to be unique with every copy
so I might start to use that as my client's "service tag" so I can track to
see what all he should have and remove what he shouldn't. I wish to know
what the other numbers/bar codes are.
