I have an oem of vista which included the 64 AND 32 bit versions. I noticed
that EACH HAS IT'S OWN product key. They are different. 1) Can I put one (64
Bit) on one PC and the other (32 Bit) on a 2nd PC???
2) Can I use the product key for the 32 bit version to put the 64 bit
version on a 2nd PC???

probably not, when you try to activate the second install with same key it will most likely get denied.

Did you pay for one license, or two? If Microsoft WPA works properly,
you shouldn't be able to activate both versions simultaneously.

No. Product Keys are bound to the specific type and language of
DVD/license (OEM, Volume, retail, full, or Upgrade) with which they are
purchased. For example, a Vista Home Basic OEM Product Key won't work
for any retail version of Vista Home, or for any version of Vista
Business, and vice versa. An upgrade's Product Key cannot be used with
a full version DVD, and vice versa. An OEM Product Key will not work to
install a retail product. An Italian Product Key will not work with an
English DVD. Bottom line: Product Keys and DVD types cannot be mixed &
matched.

Where did you get this OEM version? I thought the OEMs came only as a
single version, 32bit or 64bit. Was this a bundled offer? If there are two
separate product keys then each can be installed.

you asked about installing the 64 bit twice , second time using the 32 bit key.

you asked about installing the 64 bit twice , second time using the 32 bit key.
And the answer is, yes he can. A CD key works on either the 32 bit or
the 64 bit..there aren't different ones for each version.

I know that is true for retail. Are you sure that it is also true for the
OEM DVDs.
I also think that the two OEM keys the OP received may be tied together at
the MS activation site such that only one of them can be used.

but you cannot use the same key twice. which is what he is asking about.
