OEM Product Key work for both 32-Bit and 64-Bit?

I am building a new computer, and am thinking of installing Vista. As the PC
will be a virgin (so to speak) I am eligible to purchase an OEM Licensed
version of Vista Ultimate. I would like to install the 64-Bit version, but
64-Bit driver support and quality is still lacking. In light of this I would
prefer to initially install the 32-Bit version and later switch to the 64-Bit
version once the drivers are up to par. (Software is not an issue.)

I have noticed that unlike the Retail Version of Vista Ultimate, the OEM
Licensed Version is sold as 32-Bit and 64-Bit, separately – although they
both sell for the same price. Leading me to ask:

· Does the OEM Licensed CD of Vista Ultimate contain both the 32-Bit and
64-Bit versions of the OS?

· Does the Product Key supplied with the OEM Licensed CD of Vista Ultimate
work for both the 32-Bit and 64-Bit versions of the OS?

· If “YES†for both above questions, why are the 32-Bit and 64-Bit versions
of OEM Licensed Vista Ultimate sold as separate items?

I am looking for a first hand, a documented, or an official MS account for a
response. I have searched this forum (and others) for the answers, but all
the previous threads left something to be desired.

Please help!
