OE6 to Windows Mail - Did not Export

I made the mistake of taking the hard drive out of my old machine, thinking
this would have everything I needed to move over to Vista.

I obviously did not export anything from Outlook Express.

How can I get my data from Outlook Express into my Windows MAil on Vista
Home Premium?
