OE v.6 stripping attachment

Just had OE 6 installed and it is stripping attachments
sent to me. How do i turn this off? I've looked all
through Options. thanks
 
Most likely it isn't stripping, but it is blocking access to. Try Tools |
Options | Security tab and uncheck the second box from the top concerning
potentially dangerous attachments.
