I guess my first question is...does Outlook Express have a spam filter? I
have been unable to change my email address with Ebay, and they are blaming
it on a filter. I don't have any rules in place, and under my "tools" I
don't seem to have an option to "organize". My ISP denies running any
filters or blocks also. I receive letters from Ebay tech support, just not
that almighty confirmation letter to complete the address change process. I
haven't had a problem with any other messages not received.
