OE sends graphics from cache and desktop

Every time i include pictures and attachments with
sending e-mails graphics are also sent from my internet
temp files cache and the desktop. This is real annoying
because a lot of info gets sent that i never intend to
send.
How can i stop it from including graphics, etc. from my
internet temp files cache and the desktop ?
