OE removed access

The following message appeared in Oulook express "OE
removed access to the following unsafe attachments in your
mail: Jones graphs reproduced.pzm" The .pzm file is a
statistics file that I sent to my home e-mail address.

How do I access these files to view and save them? Thanks
for any advice.
