E-MAIL ATTACHMENTS/NOT ABLE TO GET THEM

unable to get attachments from e-mail. I scope for court
reporter and she e-mails depos to me and I haven't been
able to get them. MESSAGE says: OE removed access to
the following unsafe attachment. Please let me know how
to get attachments.
