attachments in E-mail

I recieved an E-mail with an attachment and I cannot open it. It says windows
mail removed access from this unsafe attachment in your mail. It is actually
a registration key for a music converter I bought. How do I fix this?

Make sure attachments are enabled:
Tools, Options, Security, uncheck "Block images..." and also
uncheck "Do not allow attachments..."
