Outlook Express deletes attachments that are safe

The following message appears:

OE removed access to the following unsafe attachments in
your mail: file name

This particular attachment was safe! This only started
last week after I installed the last Windows
Updates....can anyboy help me?

Click on TOOLS/OPTIONS/SECURITY and uncheck the box which says 'Do Not Allow
Attachments......'
