OE logs me out on closing OE

After installing SP2 OE6 logs me out when closing OE after
which I have to log back in eack time I access OE.

Is there a work around or setting which will allow me to
stay logged on until I select exit and log off?

Check your settings at File>Identities>Manage Identities

Do you have more than one identity? Is one of them the default Main
Identity?
