OE inbox will not respond

On 27/8/04 I download some e mail, now I am unable to
open my inbox. ALL other function work etc. However I can
not open my inbox and a report is sent to Microsoft. Can
anybody help. PS I have spyware and current antivirus and
nothing and no virus is picked up. Can someone help.
