OE In plain text instead of HTML

Good Morning:

In OE I am getting a lot of Emails in Plain Text when they should be in HTML.
Is there a setting to change this ?

In OE, Tools, Options, uncheck Read all messages in plain text.

Check Tools > Options > Read, "Read All Messages in Plain Text". Make sure
it's not checked. If you only notice the plain text after you hit Reply,
check the settings for Tools > Options > Send, make sure "Reply to messages
using the format in which they were sent" isn't checked and that "mail
sending format" is set to HTML. HTH.
