OE emails xfer to WinMail

I just got my new computer with Vista. I have read a few of the questions
and answers here and am a little hesitant. I need to move my old emails
from OE to this new system. What is the best process?

Thank you very much, I have printed the process but haven't tried it
yet...I'll let you know how it goes.
