OE cannot be set to default handler

After installing Office 2K for a client, choosing OE in
the programs tab on internet explorer is no longer an
option. There is only a selection for full Outlook. He
wants to be able to use either or. This option is
available on almost every other install I havve done.
HELP!
 
Aloha,

Set Outlook Express as default mail client - Start/Run and
type: "C:\Program Files\Outlook Express\MSIMN.EXE" /REG
