OE can I restrict........HELP

Hey in OE can you set a single account to not recive attachments. Say I have
5 accounts and one of them has been inundated with aids filled email. I need
to keep the email I would just like to ristrict it from reciving anything
with an attachment. I can find it in the OE genral properties, which will
shut everything out, but I just want to choke that one account, but still
recive emails.

Win XP Pro, sp 1
All current with MS update
so it is the most recent OE
