I have been attempting to send an Email with a fairly large attachment
(it's 74mb after archiving). The program locks up. I think it's
probably because of the attachment size, but I'm not sure. Is there a
restriction on attachment size? If it is the file size, then I can
always archive into smaller files, and send them in seperate Emails. I
hoping to avoid this though. Would appreciate any assistance.

I'm running OE 6, with Win XP Pro SP2.

TIA

Email program don't have size limits, ISP's usually do. What you might be
able to do is go to 'Tools|Accounts|Mail|Properties|Advanced' and use the
"Break apart messages larger than (xx) KB" feature.

Have you considered putting the attachment on a web page and just include
the link in the email?
