In running disk cleanup on my WinXP sp2 workstation I've managed to delete
my icons to both IE and OE. I'd like to restore them. I know how to create a
shortcut to them but these weren't shortcuts or at least they didn't have
the little right arrow. Any suggestions?

TIA

To restore the Internet Explorer icon.

1.Right-click the desktop, and then click Properties.
2.On the Desktop tab, click Customize Desktop.
3.Under Desktop icons, click to select the check boxes of the icons you want
to view.
4.Click OK two times.

For Outlook Express, you may create a Desktop shortcut pointing to this
file:

%Programfiles%\Outlook Express\msimn.exe
