Recently, was setting up another computer for a client and discovered that
the client couldn't access two mail accounts setup in Comcast in the same OE
window. I was forced to setup another identity for the second mail address.
I have never had to do that in the past with multiple mail addresses in OE.
However, I don't remember having a setup with two addresses from Comcast.
Is this an isp issue with Comcast?
FYI
In my own systems at home, I have 13 mail addresses to poll and several of
them are in the same domain. I have never had to setup separate identities
for these mail addresses. All 13 are successfully polled in the same window
Can someone reply and tell me if Comcast and some other ISP's require this
separate identity setup and why I haven't seen this before?
thx
