OE 6 Wont send Emails

When trying to send emails in OE6 keep getting the following error messages
Unable to logon to the server using Secure Password Authentication. Account:
'pop3.blueyonder.co.uk (1)', Server: 'pop3.blueyonder.co.uk', Protocol: POP3,
Server Response: '.', Port: 110, Secure(SSL): No, Error Number: 0x800CCC18

Call your ISP and have them review your email settings.

It is a matter of an incorrect entry in:
1. Usename
2. Password
3. POP3 Server name

Please remove obvious from email address if emailing.

Does the same instructions apply to the error message: OE has removed unsafe
attachments in your email? I can not open attachments that I KNOW are safe?
