Odd Event Viewer Error - stathred.cpp

I found this error in Event Viewer. It seems to go along
with the server crashing.

Description:
The run-time environment has detected an inconsistency in
its internal state. Please contact Microsoft Product
Support Services to report this error. Error
in .\stathred.cpp(1170), Not enough storage is available
to process this command.
: MsgWaitForMultipleObjects failed in WaitForWork


I can't find anything about it anywhere. Any insight
would be appreciated.
