Event 4097

Hello,

On my Windows 2000 server I get following error:
Source COM+
Event 4097
Category SVC

The run-time environment has detected an inconsistency in its internal
state. Please contact Microsoft Product Support Services to report
this error. Error in .\stathred.cpp(1240), Not enough storage is
available to process this command.
: MsgWaitForMultipleObjects failed in WaitForWork

What does this error main? How can I solve it. I think the error is
resposible for stopping ASP /ASP.net sites from responding.

Any suggetions what the problem could be and advice how to solve it.
