ODBC problems

XP computer(SP3). There is an old DSN name setup in ODBC Data Source
Administror under System DSN tab. Once I click on it and click on Remove or
Configure. Nothing happens. It won't allow me to remove or change it. I am
thinking it's the rights issue. But I have no problem to add or configure
other DSN name. This is the only one that I have no control.

Any suggestion where to look will be greatly appreciated.

How to remove Data Source Names (DSNs) from the Windows Registry when ODBC
upgrade problems
http://eis.bris.ac.uk/~ccmjs/odbc_files.html

Note: Back up your regsitry before attempting the above, so this way if
anything goes wrong you can restore from the backup.

Thank you very much. Does it work the same if the driver is Access instead of
Oracle? We don't want to remove the driver, just the DSN name in there.
