ODBC Error (No -2147467259).

Hi,
I have a problem in ODBC drivers. I'm accessing Oracle-8i
from VB-6. I have developed my client s/w in VB on Win-
2000 (prof) The client version of s/w is working on Win-
2000 (prof)& also on Win-XP on some Machines. But on a
particular PC where Win-XP is installed, I'm getting an
error like this

Error No: -2147467259
Error: [Microsoft][ODBC driver for Oracle][Oracle].

I couldn't find out what is the cause for this error.
Error description is not clear to me.

I suspect that the ODBC driver for Oracle is not installed on the culprit PC.

No. I have installed Oracle client version & Registered
the DSN also. Could that be because of improper
installation of the OS(Win-XP)? Or something like version
not compatible?
Please help me.
