ocget.dll problem or ---.

Have two systems running Winxp(2), ZoneAlarm, NAV.

Trying to open a online .pdf file on one system and keep getting msg that IE
blocked opening in top taskbar.
When I click to open, I get msg that ocget.dll will not load and I get a red
X on screen.
On other XP system, everything works fine.
I've check setting in "security" and "privacy" on both systems and they
appear to be the same.

This site is the Sec. of State for Missouri so I'm sure it's ok.

Did a google search for ocget.dll and get all kinds of suggestions/fixes.
have tried a couple with no success.

Not sure if this is IE, Adobe Reader or what...
Suggestions please.

Try re-installing adobe reader (in fact get the latest version from
www.adobe.com). I think it's your IE plugin that's giving you problems.
