Obsolete Application and Device Drivers

I recently upgraded to Win XP and tried to reinstall a
roxio driver for Win ME.

When ever I start Windows, I get an error message showing
the following drivers are obsolete:
cdralw2k.sys
cdr4_2k.sys

Since those files are obsolete, can I delete them?

Please advise. Thanks.

I would suggest installing the latest driver version from Roxio's website -
the drivers are very different between Win9x and WinXP.
