* Is it possible to observe (and interact with) the boot process dialog
of a remote machine that is booting up ?

I have two machines on the same network, but different locations. Is there
some technique (Hardware or software)
that I can use to view & interact with the boot process dialog of the remote
machine ?

If you have a remote management card in the box, and have some network
connectivity to it, then yes.
