from the brief to this group over the past two to three days it would appear
that some people do not have much patience for a reply to thier problem,
 
No the problem is the Web interface claims an error occurred and that
their message was not posted, when in fact it did actually post, so they
read the error and post again, another error message results they repost
etc.
 
And in some cases, they may think that this is a real-time MS support center
with paid MS staff technicians responding. No reply in a few minutes, they
post again.
