I have created a macro to close the taskbar (right side) icons. Any program
available to recognise the program (icon), when the mouse pointer on it
(icon)?

An Icon (.ico) file is an image file for displaying the image or picture
part of a shortcut to a program or .exe. The "icon" file would be
"opened" in an icon editing program such as "IconEditor" or MSpaint. The
"macro" would run in whatever program you used to "create" it or
"interpret" it. Suggest you re-read the "Help" for the program you used
to create the "macro".
