Whenever I try to access secure website like banks and CPF
webpage. The page freeze and I have this error message.
I am using Internet Explorer 6. Windows ME. P3 650. Dell
Laptop. Really apprecaie any advise.

here's some advise. aside from being an unstable security nightmare
(just like windows) IE is crap. switch to linux. and if you insist on
windows at least get mozilla <http://mozilla.org> as your internet suite.
