O&O Disk Defragmenter V6 problem

I have the O&O Disk defregger v6 on my win2k box now for about 2 years,
and it has always worked fine.
Now, it won't run, because it says : Error message: No connection could
be made because the target machine actively refused it (10061)

Why is this, and what can be done to solve this problem?

Just cuious, how did you fix this? I am having the same problem
