NX-6000 Microphone Volume under Vista

Hi,
I just bought a NX-6000 and I am using this under Vista. I have
installed the new driver (V1.3) to get it working.

When I use the WebCam under Messenger and Skype the mikrophone volume
is so low, that the people on the other end can hardly hear me. All
attempts to increase the volume did not change the results.

any ideas?

Hi geraldf,
I haven't tried my NX 6000 on the Internet yet but I have saved a one
minute video to my hard drive. I returned the camera for another one because
the audio voice quality's pitch was lower and lagged behind the video by
about one second. The only way I have been able to get around this
successfully was to buy an independent, plug in microphone instead of using
the mic that's built into the camera. Works well so far. Good luck.
